Recipe: Sweet Potato Soup

1 bag Sweet Potatoes (aprox. 6)2 cans Chicken Broth1 cup Half & Half or Light Cream 1/2 tsp Nutmeg1/2 tsp ClovesSugar to tastePeel & slice sweet potatoes. Place Sweet Potatoes and Chicken Broth in Crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Transfer tender Sweet Potatoes and Chicken Broth into blender or food processer and blend. Return mixture to crockpot, add remaining indredients. Cover and cook on high additional 2 hours.*This soup is pretty much fool proof. All ingredients can be adjusted to your personal tastes. I tend to use very generous teaspoons of the spices and little to know sugar. I also only blend my potatoes for a few seconds because I prefer a thicker soup.
